Wanted to do something different for Valentine Day since it will coincide with Chinese New Year this year. Passionfruit adds passion to the day and seriously there's only so much chocolate creations to be made. The end result? A buttery cake interlaced with fresh passionfruit, frosted with cream cheese. To top it off, we covered the cake with dessicated coconut creating a beautiful white vision, decorated with silver balls. A more adult cake for the lovers and those interested to try something different for the year. Cake featured above is 1.8kg. Price is $60.
